A report from the United for A Fair Economy, and advocacy organization, states that Minority Americans were hit the hardest in the mortgage crisis. Over $200 Billion in wealth has been lost due to predatory lending over the last few years.

Predatory Lending is where people are targeted by a group to provide services that an individual could have received cheaper at a mainstream company. 

Minorities were specifically targeted by many institutions and are now suffering the effects of those practices.
