Increased Real Estate Agents in Atlanta

Although we’re facing some challenging times in the real estate market across the nation, there are still a lot of aspiring real estate professionals. Atlanta has seen its share on new professional entering into the market.
“I’ve been so buy right now. I’m updating my website to add more content, I’m sending out more marketing material, and I’m meeting more people than I could have believed,” said Christopher Russ, the Owner of Russ Global Management, a real estate firm in Sandy Springs, GA.
“People are slow to buy these days, especially with the stringent criteria that the financial market has in place currently, but there are some great deals out there. Also this is a time to build your reputation and help the economy by finding deals for those who are looking to change.”
New agents should have a few considerations during this time in the market.
  • Have a nest egg of six month or more saved. Don’t touch the money.
  • Also, be prepared to perform a lot of action without a lot of results in the beginning. It takes six months or longer to get your name out there and to start generating some qualified leads. So, the nest egg is pretty important as well as your patience.
  • And keep up to date with the latest news. The Obama administration is on the news constantly explaining how his stimulus package will help the economy. Knowing the details of that package and creating a solution that can help others can be the ticket to millions.
