1.       How many homes/investment properties do they own?

2.       Can they provide a list of bank owned and foreclosed properties in your area?

3.       Can they provide property details?

a.       Days on market, tax value,   and list of comparables

4.       What the property is appraised for?

5.       Do they have a list of contractors and vendors?

a.       An agent should network to advertise your investment and to find you deals. 

6.       Can they provide documentation and explain their business organization?
